Starting a business is an enormous adventure. It can be risky for sure, but it gives founders tons of opportunities: Entrepreneurs have an impact. They create jobs. They do good. They define when and where work is done. They learn a lot themselves. They can get rich. And sometimes they can change to world.
SAAL ZWEI, an online business magazine for women, is founded by two women who want to encourage other women, to go one's own way. Every week the magazine portraits female founders, entrepreneurs, managers, academics or politicians to bolster women. To show role models and emphasize: It is not easy, but there is a lot in it for women. This workshop is designed to do the same. Learn from 7 female founders and entrepreneurs how to lead and build up a company - and what main challenges they have mastered.
It is supported by HypoVereinsbank – Member of UniCredit – the first bank in Germany to found a Women's Council and start a mentorship program for female entrepreneurs. This does not just enable start-up founders to expand their network within specific events. They also receive hands-on advice from experienced business leaders and successful female entrepreneurs to discuss day to day issues as well strategic questions.
