Kathryn Myronuk introduces the Singularity University that applies ideas of the Silicon Valley to tackle current problems and drive innovation.
At the Singularity University, small teams including people from different socio-economic backgrounds and from 35 different countries work not just as think tanks, but also as building tanks creating solutions that then can help a billion people.
Myronuk moves on to speak about exponentially growing technologies. Everybody in this room has a smartphone that runs as fast as the fastest super computer 15 years ago. Soon enough, all seven billion people on earth will be connected. Everybody will discover their superpowers. We have to learn working together, combine our superpowers and share our knowledge. All of us have the power to address global problems and create solutions.
