DLD (Digital-Life-Design) is a global network on innovation, digitization, science and culture which connects business, creative and social leaders, opinion-formers and influencers for crossover conversation and inspiration.
DLD hosted a lunch event with the renowned physician David Agus.
He stopped in Munich at Hubert Burda Media, for a presentation of his latest book “The End of Illness”. An invited group of DLD friends from science, business, the arts and media came together to discuss his claim that "the end of illness lies in all of us".

For this second edition, Steffi Czerny & Yossi Vardi hosted around 600 top-class participants and 60 speakers from the DLD network. Scientists, creatives, entrepreneurs and investors, came out to play. The DLD festival confirmed Israel’s reputation as a land of start-up enthusiasm, with TLV as centre of this innovative scene.

Invited by the renowned Russian Skolkovo Foundation, DLD hosted its first conference in Russia at the DIgital-October-Center, from May 27-29, 2012. Great debates among innovative minds, and a lot of fun was had with 900 international guests. Moscow turned out to be a rising star in the digital sphere of DLDglobal events.

The Tel Aviv Festival was held for the first time at Jaffa Port, from October 30th to November 3rd 2011. Around 800 participants and 50 speakers followed the invitation to Israel. Within the festival's cosmos additional events were hosted by companies such as Google, Amazon or Facebook. The event was chaired by Israeli high-tech entrepreneur Yossi Vardi and publisher Hubert Burda.
