Borys is a founder & CEO at Filmaster.TV, a company providing cloud-based personalization technologies for the entertainment industry, including TV, VOD and cinema chains.

In 2011 Borys co-founded ReaktorWarsaw, a place for startups to work, collaborate and network. Reaktor quickly became a major Polish startup hub, integrating the Warsaw tech scene.

In 2007 he founded OSnews, now the leader of citizen IT journalism.

Prior to founding his own companies, Borys worked as a consultant, programmer and team leader for both for startups and large corporations in Poland (empolis, eo Networks), Germany (CoCoNet) and United Kingdom (Rule Financial, Deutsche Bank).

He graduated with distinction at Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology holding M.Sc. degree in software engineering.
