Guy Horowitz is General Partner at DTCP.


He founded the Israeli office of Deutsche Telekom in 2012 and managed it until joining DTCP in 2015.


Since 1998 Guy has been involved with developing and commercializing innovative technologies in the mobile, Internet and enterprise software space - in startups, corporates and as a venture capital investor. With roles spanning from product management to marketing, strategy and business development, and as an investor, Guy has been engaged in getting Israeli innovation into the hands of enterprises and consumers worldwide.


Before joining DT, Guy was Chairman of the Smart Water Networks Forum, and Vice President Marketing of TaKaDu, a smart-networks innovator. Previously he served as Director of Marketing Strategy in Modu Mobile, Director of Product Marketing in Microsoft, and as Principal in Gemini Venture Partners, where he invested in innovators like PrimeSense (acquired by Apple), Adap.TV (acquired by AOL) and Outbrain.


Guy's career in the telecom space spans over 15 years in startups and corporates. He headed mobile products in Commtouch (Nasdaq: CTCH) and was also head of product management in Followap (acquired by Neustar).
