As chief technology officer, Kevin Lynch is responsible for shaping Adobe's long-term technology vision and focusing innovation across the company during a transformative time.
Lynch is passionate about the potential of technology to revolutionize industries, and works along with talent across Adobe to identify and pursue new research and technology initiatives in the areas of multiscreen, cloud and social computing. Lynch guides the vision for shared technologies across Adobe's Digital Marketing and Digital Media business units and leads the Adobe Research and Experience Design teams.
With a long history of driving transformation across organizations, Lynch also led the pivotal move at Macromedia to web publishing and the development of Dreamweaver, before the company was acquired by Adobe in 2005.
Lynch studied interactive computer graphics at the University of Illinois, working with artists and engineers in the Electronic Visualization Laboratory, and is a sought-after industry voice among global industry and economic audiences. He lives in San Francisco with his family and outside the office enjoys reading, traveling and photography.
