Elizabeth “Lally” Graham Weymouth is a well-known American journalist who has been conducting interviews with world leaders for over 25 years. Lally Weymouth recently conducted an interview President Andrzej Sebastian Duda of Poland. In February, she interviewed President Mauricio Macri of Argentina. In November of last year she traveled to Myanmar to conduct interviews with the Commander in Chief of Myanmar’s Armed Forces, Senior General Min Aung Hlaing, and Daw Aung San Suu Kyi following her party’s overwhelming victory in the country’s elections. In September she interviewed Ukraine’s President Poroshenko for the second time and Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. In June of last year Mrs. Weymouth was in Brazil to conduct her second interview with President Dilma Rousseff (the first was following her election in 2010). In March of 2015, Mrs. Weymouth conducted her second exclusive interview with Egyptian President Abdel Fatah al-Sissi. She has interviewed every Israeli Prime Minister since 1981 and interviewed Benjamin Netanyahu in 2013.
