Maks Giordano is the co-founder and managing partner of kreait, a highly specialized boutique agency for the digital age. Among other clients, like T-Online, kreait helped Condé Nast Germany in launching Vogue, GQ, Wired, AD, Myself, Glamour and Style.

He has been active in the digital arena since the early nineties. As a director with I-D Media, he helped grow the company from 25 to over 500 employees and established international offices. As a digital strategist, he consulted Clients, such as Deutsche Telekom, Sony-Europe, Wallpaper, Swatch and Bertelsmannin creating innovative digital services. Maks also played a vital part in the development of "cycosmos", Germany’s leading social network in the 90ies. In 2000 he became a member of the management board of MetaDesign, Europe´s leading CI/CD Agency. He was responsible for the digital unit and became heavily involved in cross-media and mobile concept development. In 2003 Maks co-founded iconmobile, one of the first cross-media service agencies in Europe and established the company as a leading partner to international Telecommunication Operators, Media Houses and Consumer Brands for the creation and deployment of mobile services and - portals. Besides the mobile agency work, one of the first Mobile ADservers worldwide was deployed to customers, like MSN and o2. Iconmobile became part of WPP, the World´s Largest Network of Agencies in 2007.

Before founding kreait in 2011, Maks worked for kyte, the mobile, online and social video platform, as their managing director for Europe and was a member of the management board of the multimedia unit of the ProSiebenSat1 Network. He was responsible for the mobile- and games- unit and in charge of innovation overall.

Maks holds an MBA in Media & Communication from the University of St. Gallen, taught Mobile Business and Innovation Management at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Berlin and in Dornbirn/Austria, published books about mobile business and usability and was a judge to the "One Show New York", the “Lovies Awards” and the "Webbys" Awards.

He mainly lives on Seat 23F on Lufthansa Flights between Berlin and Munich and spends most of his analogue time practicing asanas.
