Philipp is member of the Executive Board of Porsche Automobil Holding SE (Porsche SE) responsible for investment management. Porsche SE is a listed holding company, holding the majority of the ordinary shares in the Volkswagen Group, one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers and the largest in Europe. The Group’s twelve brands include Audi, Bentley, Bugatti, Ducati, Lamborghini, Porsche, Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen as well as MAN, Scania and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Philipp is also a Director at INRIX Inc., a global leader in cloud based real-time analytics of location-aware data, such as traffic and parking.


Prior to joining Porsche SE in March 2012, Philipp was a Director at private merchant bank NM Rothschild & Sons in London where he focused on Mergers & Acquisitions and equity/IPO advisory across Europe. Prior to Rothschild, Philipp had corporate finance roles at two global financial institutions in London.


Philipp holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) and an M.Phil. from the University of Oxford.
