Stefanie Wurst has been Head of Marketing and member of the executive board of BMW Germany since February 2014. In this position she is responsible for overall brand strategy and campaigns, BMW online platforms, product management, BMW dealer communications, as well as brand cooperations and numerous BMW dealer, brand and customer events.
She has 20+ years of experience in communications and working for the automotive industry. At Scholz & Friends - where she became partner in 2003 and member of the board of management in 2013, she was responsible for Daimler and Mercedes-Benz business and other top brands such Deutsche Bank, Saturn and Bayer and on top for the internationalization of the Agency Group.
Before, she worked at TBWA Singapore to lead various Global Accounts and helped build up the Agency’s network in Asia, at TBWA Hamburg as Global Account Director and Ammirati & Puris New York - mostly on FMCG business.
She believes that in an ever more complex environment that requires intensive working relationships across functions and disciplines, empathy for your counterparts is a key asset to ultimately create value and a competitive edge.
