Renowned music manager Troy Carter is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Atom Factory, a music management brand. Carter has established the careers of numerous recording artists, including multi-platinum Grammy®- Award winner Lady Gaga. He began his career in Philadelphia working for Will Smith and James Lassiter's Overbrook Entertainment. In 1995 he joined Bad Boy Entertainment where he worked in the marketing department under Sean "Diddy" Combs and worked with groundbreaking artists such as Notorious B.I.G. In 1999, Carter formed the boutique talent management company, Erving Wonder. The brand quickly became one of the preeminent artist management firms, representing hip-hop/R&B stars Eve, Floetry and Nelly, among others. In 2004, Erving Wonder was acquired by the Sanctuary Group. Carter formed Atom Factory in 2010 where he continues to successfully grow his company and their roster, including rising artists such as Lady Gaga, Greyson Chance, Mindless Behavior, and Priyanka Chopra. He is also developing a new social media platform called The Backplane, which will first launch with his artist Lady Gaga. Troy was also 2011 ACLU Bill of Rights recipient.
