Vvzela Qu, born in Dalian,1990, is studying at the China Academy of Art, School of Intermedia. She lives and works in Hangzhou. She cofounded ASDICON, a group that focuses on new media art and media theater performance. Selected art works include "Machinery Induction","Happy Shall He Be". In 2012, she was invited to participate in the Düsseldorf Festival and the Friszchelle Festival in 2012. Recent work includes digital printing, the media theater performance "Virtual Mancer", and the multi-screen audio&visual work"Horizon".
