An online surveys for female founders revealed that just five percent of CEOs are women. If you cannot stand the heat get out of the kitchen. So what should be noted by young female leaders? In the beginning ask, ask and don´t stop to ask more questions. Just focus straight ahead on what you want. Keep the eyes open for people who can bring you forward.
Have the urge and be able to delegate, or you have no chance to grow. Make a clear sharing of functions. Hire an assistant in the early beginnings for not wasting time on unimportant things. If you skill down a job, then someone can´t integrate more even if he´s motivated. Watch out for employees who have worked in this division before.
It´s worth taking the time for the right choose of competitor. Afterwards the selection procedure, you should be able to entrust them on your car or even better your child. A structured team is pretty important and way smarter then to save some money on cheap workers. Don´t be lazy and never stop to believe. Challenge yourself and challenge your visions. Tell the people your story - an entertaining story. But make it easy for others to understand.
Every dream has a reason, every woman is unique. Understand each other to help each other. Don´t be afraid. Just go for it! And follow your dream!
