Nicole, 32, joined the Mast- Jägermeister SE company in 2013, home to no other than Germany’s internationally known and loved spirit brand Number 1: Jägermeister. This success is based on a unique mix of innovative marketing concepts and scrupulously careful manufacturing. In order to make the brand living and tangible, Jägermeister likes to address customers directly: at festivals and concerts, in bars or at events – wherever the party is. Consequently music marketing is an integral part of Jägermeister’s marketing strategy.
Nicole is part of Jägermeister’s music and event marketing team and is responsible of projects focusing on music partnerships and artist development. In 2016 she reintroduced the JägerMusic Band Support to the German market, a platform aiming to support music talent from the early stages of their career. She is also a driving force for Jägermeister’s international music collaborations and a cherished consultant in music marketing matters.
Nicole draws from a breadth of international experience in both marketing and communications, working for brands such as Coca-Cola, Warner Bros. and Ericsson. While her experiences and ventures in artist management, music promotion and festival production allow for a marketer’s rather unique perspective when working with the music industry.
In 2017, Nicole received the bronze Famab award in the category of Best Public/Consumer Event. She is constantly on the lookout for aspiring talent in music as well as innovate marketing concepts and strategic partnerships across industries.
Nicole holds a Bacherlor’s Degree in International Business in Media Management from Cologne Business School and a Master of Science Degree in Marketing & Festival and Event Management with Distinction from Edinburgh Napier University.
