Tina Müller was born in 1968 in Bad Neuenahr, Germany. After she completed her German and French university degree in Business Administration and Economics she gathered first occupational experience in the branded goods industry at L'Oréal and Wella (AG) in Germany. In 1995 she entered Henkel as an international brand manager. As Marketing Manager she was in charge of Henkel's global hair care and coloration business under the umbrella brand Schwarzkopf end of the nineties. In 2002 she assumed the Italian cosmetics business as Marketing Director. On her return to the headquarter in 2004 she took responsibility for the global hair cosmetics business as Corporate Vice President. Since she was appointed member of the board of directors in 2006, she steers in addition the international oral and face care business. As corporate Senior VP her area of responsibility comprises such fascinating brands as Diadermine, Theramed, the new hair cosmetics brand Syoss and - with sales of more than 1.7bn € - Henkel´s biggest single brand Schwarzkopf. In 2009 Tina Müller had the honor to receive the German Marketing Award for the Henkel brand Schwarzkopf. In 2010 she was voted the most important marketing manager in Germany by the professional journal W&V. Additionally, she received the German Brand Award in March 2010 for Syoss in the category "best new brand".
