Yadin has been involved in venture capital since 1987, when he joined the management of Athena Venture Partners, the first Israel-focused venture fund. He co-founded (in 1990) Veritas Venture Partners, which leads early-stage investments in Israel and the Southeast US. In 2011, Yadin co-founded, together with Saed Nashef, Sadara Ventures/The Middle East Venture Capital Fund, the first fund targeting investments in Palestinian technology companies. Yadin founded (in 2002) and is Chairman of Tmura - The Israeli Public Service Venture Fund, a leading non-profit organization in the Israel high-tech sector. Tmura solicits donations of equity from early-stage companies and donates the proceeds from exit events to education- and youth-related charities in Israel. Yadin received his B.A. from Princeton, M.A. from Harvard, and J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he was an editor of the Law Review. He served as a law clerk to Justice Barak on the Supreme Court of Israel and is a member of the NY and Israel bars. Yadin received the Israel High-Tech Award from the Israel Venture Association for his contribution to community service through his work with Tmura.
